OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Course - June 14 & 15, 2010
This 10-hour course was developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to provide construction workers, supervisors, and other personnel responsible for construction activities with an awareness of safety and health concerns in the construction industry. Attendees will receive an update and review of standard safety and health principles and information that prepares them to recognize and control a variety of hazardous conditions. Course graduates will receive an OSHA card and a hard hat decal recognizing their completion of the program.
Who Should Attend: All construction site workers, supervisors, managers and industry personnel who oversee construction activities. Under a new Massachusetts law, all workers employed on publicly-funded projects will have to demonstrate completion of the OSHA 10 course.
